AEDM Day 1

Today sees the start of Art Every Day Month.

I've been a little busy today with a different kind of creativity - baking.

This is the second day of a 3 day baking marathon, ready for the Artisan Market on Saturday. Yesterday was Slug Cake, today was Parkin, tomorrow is bread.

I couldn't let AEDM start without something though, so it's a quick 5 minute sketch.

  5. Wow. Look at you go! Baking is very creative...and stacking the loaves into a tall pile without having them crumble or tumble is a work of art!

  6. Is your crow standing on a version of infinity? I can't remember the meaning of that symbol! Yours as usual is gorgeous, though, so who really cares what it means?

And, so many times I've wished we lived next door to one another ... now ... with so many baked goods cooling by the open window ... I really, REALLY wish I was next door to sneak a few bites!

  7. Looks like that little bird has his eye on the Parkin.
My favourite home made cake! Better when left for a while in the tin...I always found it hard to wait though:)
