Fragile things
For my birthday I received three Neil Gaiman books from my daughter. Tonight I picked up one of them - Fragile Things. The first line in the book is the quote on these 2 pages, and as soon as I read it I wanted to journal it! Don't you just love it when inspiration strikes like that :D

Life is not a straight line
There's no story for this one. It's not a challenge, or a swap, or anything else with a specific purpose. It's just me playing in my art journal and enjoying myself. I don't even know where the quote came from - I guess I saw it somewhere and liked it
Bad Company

On Friday was I was lucky enough to go and see Bad Company on their UK reunion tour. Little 'un came along as well, but there were no takers for the 3rd ticket I had :(
The warm up act were ok, but nothing to write home about, however Bad Co. were fantastic and had us up on our feet from the start - launching straight into "Can't get enough of your love".
The pics are my own (hence the dodgy quality). Cameras are banned at the MEN Arena, so everybody took out their phones instead:)
I videoed the performance of "Bad Company" but the music was drowned out by somebody singing along totally out of tune - oops, that'll be me then! :D
